Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount is SAR 2875 to 4600 depending on the vehicle groups.
Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The maximum excess amount is SAR 2875 to 4600 depending on the vehicle groups.

It is included in your rental amount.
The maximum excess amount is SAR 2875 to 4600 depending on the vehicle groups.
Transferable Insurance Coverage
We don’t accept any insurances, in case of damage customers will be liable to pay the damage up to the excess amount and they can claim back from their own insurance, please note that in case of any scratch or damage police report is must required, in case if you fail to provide the police report, the damage amount can exceed the excess limit.
Excess Reduction
Additional insurance options are available to reduce the liability at the rental desk
The price of Super CDW is SAR 17.25 to 172.50 per day depending on the vehicle groups.

Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 to 70 years
Drivers ages from 21 to 24 years old can rent small, economy and Intermediate cars.
For other Full Size, small SUV premium cars, drivers age should be minimum 25 Years old and above, SUVs, Q3 and luxury driver age should be minimum 30 years old.

Lost Key, documentations, fines will be charged in case any.
Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. It does not cover tyre change.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.

Cross City Drop-Off
Cross city charges varys and depends, if you pickup from one city and drop off to other city, extra charges will apply varys from 100 SAR upto 900 SAR.
Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed to Bahrain only and the cost is 57.50 SAR including VAT.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price and the additional services. 20% on the total amount will be applicable.
Payment Methods and Deposit
All major credit cards are accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of SAR 3000 to SAR 5000 will be blocked from the credit card until 21 days from the car is returned.

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is not available.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up
2 hours grace period from the schedule time of pickup is allowed. After the grace period the reservation will be cancelled.
for late return
A 2 hours grace period is given for returning vehicles. After the grace period one day extra charge will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
